In this class\, we’ll talk through how chai can differ from region to region\, even family member to family member. We’ll explore (and taste) a few different flavor profiles of chai. Finally\, we’ll walk through the process of making chai at home. No concentrates here. Each student will take home a sample of spices and teas to make their own chai at home. \n**Please let us know if you have any dairy restrictions.**
