Each week we’ll alternate class format styles to explore a variety mindful movement on your mat.
One breath, one movement to find your flow and power up your practice. Explore yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga at an intuitive pace. Activate muscles for an invigorating full-body flow to strengthen, balance, and detoxify your body and mind.
Fire up your core and crank up the intensity, to get out of your head and get into your muscles. This class mixes cardio, bodyweight strength based exercises, and interval training, with the mindfulness and foundation of yoga.
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga Mat (limited rentals available to first come)
Water + Hand Towel (recommended)
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for ample time to park, check-in, and pre-order your smoothie before class.
