A First Look Inside Gerard Craft’s Pastaria Nashville & Sump Coffee
Nashville, TN – Pastaria, chef and restaurateur Gerard Craft’s long-awaited first restaurant expansion outside of his home base of St. Louis, opened its doors to the public this past Tuesday.
The approximately 4,000-square-foot restaurant, located 8 C1TY Blvd., is the flagship attraction in the still under construction oneC1TY development. High-ceilinged and bright with floor to ceiling windows, the restaurant offers a mix of two and four-top tables, along with plenty of counter seating with a view of the large open kitchen…
…Next door, another St. Louis import kicked things off this past Monday morning, as Sump Coffee served its first customers. The minimalist, approximately 50-seat space offers bar and table seating, along with some additional outdoor seating.
